Handyman Connection of Cedar Park is a home repair and remodeling business, and we're looking for a true seller. This is a performance-driven role: you'll meet homeowners in their homes, earn their trust, and close the deal. We measure your success in closed revenue, with a guaranteed base plus 5% uncapped commission on closed revenue. Realistic earnings: $60K-$75K per year (base plus 5% uncapped commission), with top closers earning $90K+.
What you'll do
- Run in-person estimate appointments across Cedar Park, Leander, and nearby areas
- Build rapport fast, uncover what the homeowner really needs, and present the solution with confidence
- Close jobs on the spot whenever possible, and follow up hard on the ones still open
- Scope projects and build clear, accurate quotes
- Own your numbers: appointments run, close rate, and closed revenue
What we're looking for
- Required: 5+ years of trade or estimating experience in home repair, remodeling, or construction
- Competitive drive and a closer's mindset; handles objections without being pushy
- Proven closing experience in in-home or home services sales strongly preferred, with a close rate and revenue numbers you can show us
- Organized, dependable, and great at follow-through
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Pay and benefits
- $18-$22/hour base pay plus 5% uncapped commission on closed revenue ($60K-$75K expected annual earnings, $90K+ for top closers)

Compensation: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
